The utmost care is taken when packaging sale items for delivery, however, we understand that on rare occasions items can sometimes get damaged during transit. Should your item arrive damaged, please email email@example.com within 7 days of the delivery date, with details of the damage, including photographs. After review of the photographs, we will endeavour to replace the item at no extra cost. If a replacement is not possible, a full refund of the purchase price including shipping costs will apply.
Returns / refunds are only applicable to sale items which have been damaged in transit by third-party providers or if the sale item has been misrepresented or falsely advertised online*. If you receive your item and simply change your mind, you will not be eligible for a return or refund.
If you need to return an item, please return in its original condition and packaging to ensure a full refund.
*Please be aware that differences can occur when viewing colours on a computer screen. The colours on this website are representative only and may not reflect the exact shade of an item, therefore refunds will not be accepted for minor colour differences.
