Botanical Art Worldwide exhibition opens in Wellington!

See over 40 works by contemporary botanical artists in our Treehouse Visitor Center. The Ngāi Tipu Taketake - Indigenous Flora exhibition is New Zealand's contribution to the first ever Botanical Art Worldwide Exhibition 2018 in which twenty-five countries are showcasing their unique indigenous flora. This exhibition highlights the role contemporary botanical artists play in bringing attention to the need to safe-guard our planet’s botanical diversity. This exhibition has been organised by the Friends of Auckland Botanic Gardens and Botanical Art Society of New Zealand and features botanical artists from Wellington and around New Zealand.
